You’ll find that this will help you to focus on what’s important to you, and it’ll help you crush those limiting beliefs that have held you back. HTN4U’s Unlimiting Affirmations are created to establish a jumping off point. Listen to the affirmations podcast or read them daily at our HTN4U community. Each affirmation is meant for you to adapt and make your own. If an affirmation doesn’t resonate with you completely as it’s written, that’s ok. Try rewording them to suit your goals, your feelings and you own general beliefs.

Observe Yourself and Reflect
When practicing affirmations, be sure to make notes on how you feel, what you think, and what you are saying to yourself. A daily journal is a great way to record your observations. Over time, you’ll begin to see the transformation in your own words. Compare yourself today to yourself from a previous time. Ask yourself, “Was this change purposeful? How have I changed?”
